As for which one is best and what build, well it depends. Speedrunners get the minimum stats to wield it, then infuse and buff it with dark. They use the normal Rapier, but an Ice Rapier is almost certainly more effective for that strategy. They just don't want to waste time getting one and upgrading it is all.. Gallup nm breaking news
