When I was getting down with army stuff and things, sometimes there was a ray of hope shining through with SMA PAO commenting on some reddit post. It was nice to see top-down accountability in such crappy situations. Thank you for doing that, it was definitely above and beyond what was required. I'll take my frefac to go. The PAO did a great job with the AUSA questions - taking a big paragraph, and boiling it down to a sentence.
