But when i log into my Metro account it says I've used 0 of 10 GB of hotspot data, but when I turn on Hotspot on the phone I get no internet connection.Then text NTP to 611611 - if the IMEI matches on file, the NTP (Number Transfer Pin) will come in pretty quickly (within 5 minutes). If the IMEI does not match, then it may take longer than that. If the NTP does not come back after 5 minutes, you will need to call CUSTOMER SERVICE and ask to speak to the porting department.Also, I would check the account number you are providing the other carrier. Metro account numbers are 9 digits and can be found on my account. Lastly, if you tried porting you two different carriers in a few days and it failed, I recommend having both carriers cancel their port requests, wait a day, and try again.
