Hi. I have a John Deere 6400 cab tractor with an electrical problem. Battery light is on, with no pto or gauges. Switch will not turn over tractor, but tractor will run by shorting starter relay bolted to the end of starter. I've checked all the fuses in the cabin fuse box, and everything tested good.
