I have tried huel and found that unlike other protein powders and meal replacement shakes that it really does curb hunger and makes me feel satiated. I’m sure the high calories (400) compared to most other products has a lot to do with it. I just ordered kachava earlier today and can’t wait to see what the difference is. .
