Faux suppressors don’t really do anything besides act as a counterweight that I suppose could effect felt recoil for the better. There aren’t really any muzzle attachments i’m aware of that change accuracy in any noticeable way, beside suppressors which can cause drops in accuracy and/or point of impact shifts if anything..
