It can also be done solo, though I am unsure as to what types of challenges you will face in doing so. Somebody mentioned taking a high level Thrall with you when you try and solo. Brother of the Blood is a Dungeon Boss in the Midnight Grove. Defeating the Brother of the Blood and consuming his Flesh of Remembrance will give you the knowledge of Jhebbal Sag's altars and religious items. It is possible, but unconfirmed, that the Brother of the Blood is Impisi, the Child of Jhebbal Sag's brother. As a Werewolf, he drops Feral Flesh, Flesh of Remembrance, Wolf Pelt and you ... .
